Offer a greater tribute.
To succeed the reigning Highness, your tribute must be 20% greater than theirs, rounded up to the dollar. The very first Richest Visitor offered $120. The tribute of the day is always shown beside the throne.
Your portrait is enthroned.
Present a portrait, a royal proclamation in any language, or both. Be known by your full name, your initials, or not at all — and fly your flag if you wish. Every portrait is reviewed by a person before its unveiling.
Your reign is protected for 24 hours.
No one may unseat you for at least 24 hours. Others may secure the succession in the meantime — the crown passes to them only when your 24 hours are complete. The succession may be settled up to 14 days ahead, each reign 20% greater than the last.
Then you reign. Forever, if none is greater.
A reign has no end date. After 24 hours, only a greater tribute can claim the throne. Should that day come, you will be the first to know — with the tribute required to reclaim it.

- Every tribute is final.
- Tributes are not refunded — when a reign ends, if a portrait is removed, or if the site closes. Such is the way of thrones.

- The throne cannot be resold or transferred, and nothing is ever paid out.

- Every portrait is reviewed by a person. No nudity, hate, harassment, illegal content, minors, impersonation or deceptive links. A portrait may be removed at any time, without refund.
- Tribute by card, PayPal or UPI.
- Card and PayPal are confirmed at once, in US dollars. UPI tributes from India are verified by hand, usually within a few hours.

The story
RichestVisitor.com is a single throne. Upon it sits the Richest Visitor — the guest who has offered a greater tribute than anyone before them. To succeed them, the next guest must offer 20% more. The first Richest Visitor offered $120; the tribute only ever rises. There are no seasons and no end date. Each monarch reigns until a greater tribute is offered, and every reign is honoured forever in the Laureates.
The title honours the tribute — nothing more is claimed, and nothing less is deserved.
